There are striking similarities between "xvideos" and "xnxx" agreements. This isn't entirely surprising given the both operate in the Czech Republic and are in the same content category. There are broad provisions about content submissions, copyright notice and takedown, and limitations on liability arising from user content. This site also employs Google Analytics but has similar restrictions on data sharing and provides the same rights to users regarding requests for data, deletion of data, and correction of data.
