The browse-wrap agreements, which are just links placed near the bottom or inconspicuously on a website, that are featured on Xvideos.com have broad provisions on content submissions, policies for copyright violation notice and takedown, and limits on liability for content that violates copyright or other law. While there is certainly tracking going on when you visit the site, their data sharing agreement explicitly states that they will not sell to third-parties.
