YouTube is presented separately from the other Google products because they have special provisions in their Terms of Service. The Privacy Policy is the same as Google.com but this highlights the sharing that goes on between the two platforms. You'll notice that YouTube is intently focused on limiting their liability from the content on the site, something you would expect given the nature of the business. Since YouTube falls under the Google umbrella, YouTube data is shared freely among other Google products and additional consent is only required for sharing outside the network. Be careful what you post! That indemnification provision could result in you paying to defend YouTube if your post results in a claim against them or Google!

• "View and interact with our ads"- For example, we regularly report to advertisers on whether we served their ad to a page and whether that ad was likely to be seen by users (as opposed to, for example, being on part of the page to which users did not scroll).

Your domain administrator may be able to:

view statistics regarding your account, like statistics regarding applications you install. change your account password.
suspend or terminate your account access.
access or retain information stored as part of your account.

receive your account information in order to satisfy applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request.
restrict your ability to delete or edit information or privacy settings.
